Tube mill line was using Tig Weler, it was supplied with strip at the same time
what makes cylinder and was carried a type division then cut by requirement length,
production equipment with the main showings.
1)Composition of unit machine keeps up applicable speed.
The equipment was drawing a design to set up roll,first or second Reduser and speed
maching with applicable speed for forming in all of machine,and line speed controled
by R.P.M of D.C Motor or V.S Motor and every control sequancer consisted of PLC with
progress of rate.
2)It made front stand seperating form when change the roll.
The equipment designed stand seperating form by roll change system, and it can quick
change at the least requirement time of roll change.
